Property Needs


*This is a PARTIAL LIST of my current buyer needs.  Please contact me if you have a property you think may be a fit for one of my eager buyers!  I gain new buyers daily.

East Tupelo:

  • Commercial building between 1500 and 2000 sq ft. Under 200k.
  • Ranch-style fixer upper/update at least 1600 sq ft under 110,000.
  • Building lot/acreage with trees and privacy, but close to town

Central Tupelo/Commercial:

  • Older home converted into commercial space on any of the main roads. Visibility is a plus, but not a necessity. Can need some work. Up to $200k depending on condition.
  • Sutible space for a 6+ chair salon. Ample parking and visibility important. Up to $150k
  • Apartment complexes...all sizes and up to 3 million. Buyer will require rent roll, number of units, and % of vacancies over the past year. (I have multiple investors looking for these)

West Tupelo:

  • 3/2 starter in Gun Club, Wildwood, Joyner or Lumpkin area. No flood zones considered. Up to $135k
  • 4/2+ w/ decent yard up to $200k. Mostly updated.

Outside of Tupelo City Limits:

  • 3/2 w/ bonus or 4th bedroom. Up to $200k
  • 3/2 starter home up to $135k

Shannon/Plantersville/Verona:

  • Updated 3/2 with privacy and/or a large fenced yard. Up to $145k.

Saltillo:

  • 3/2 brick home in a small subdivision. Fenced back yard a plus. Prefer no carpet if possible. Up to $185k (I NEED TWO OF THESE)
  • 3/2 starter home up to $115k. Can need SOME updates.
  • 3/2 updated home up to 200k.

East Union School District:

  • 3/2 w/ a bonus or convertible space OR a 4th bedroom. At least 2 acres with some privacy. Up to $140k. Will consider other similar areas within 20 minutes of Tupelo. School district must be B rated or higher.

New Albany City Schools:

  • 3/2 w/ a bonus or 4th br. Updates a plus, privacy a plus, trees and land a plus. Would consider Blue Springs or Ingomar areas if all other options are exhausted. Up to $225k.

New Albany Area (not school specific):

  • 3/2 w/ a bonus or 4th bedroom. Must be big enough for a large family. Up to $225k.

Fulton:

  • Land to build a modest home. 2 acres +. Up to $40k. Will consider properties with fixer upper homes or mobile homes.

Pontotoc:

  • 3/2 home with updates and a fenced back yard preferred. Prefers neighborhood living, but not a deal breaker. Up to $145k for the right house.

Mantachie Area:

  • 3/2 starter home. Up to $115k.
